Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help our site work and help us understand how it is used.

  • Essential cookies keep your cart, checkout and login working. These are always on.
  • Analytics cookies show us which pages are visited so we can improve the store.
  • Advertising cookies and pixels (such as the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel) help us measure our ads and show you relevant offers on other sites.

Where required by law, we ask for your consent before using analytics or advertising cookies through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time, block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of personalised ads through Meta ad settings and Google ad settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the store from working.

Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

Retention. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually up to 7 years). We keep support messages and marketing preferences while you remain a customer or until you ask us to delete them, unless we must keep them by law.

Security. Our store runs on Shopify, which meets PCI DSS standards for card payments. All data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No online service is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children. Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy
  • Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
  • Delete your information, unless we must keep it by law
  • Object to or limit how we use your information
  • Move your information to another service (data portability)
  • Withdraw consent for marketing or cookies at any time
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising (California and other US states)

EU, UK and EEA residents have these rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and can also complain to their local data protection authority.

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not treat you differently for using your rights.

International transfers, changes and contact

International transfers. Our partners, including Shopify, may store and process your information outside your country, for example in Canada, the United States or the EU. Where required, these transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add new services or when laws change. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date. Significant changes will be highlighted on our website or sent by email.
